Companies, clubs & tour groups

What you get with us

Together at the table: You sit at tables, not in rows. If you book together, you sit together – we arrange your group’s seats with you in advance.
Dinner with the show: Book the 3-course menu from our restaurant kitchen for the whole group – served at your table during the show.
Invoice to your company: For company bookings we’re happy to issue an invoice to your company.
Before & after: The UnFassBar opens at 5 PM – for an aperitif before the show and a nightcap after the finale.
Getting here: Reeperbahn 147 – Reeperbahn S-Bahn station is just around the corner.
By coach: Coaches can stop right in front of the Pulverfass to drop off and pick up. We don’t have our own coach parking – most coaches park nearby on Zirkusweg or Helgoländer Allee.
As a gift: Vouchers from €25 to €300 – a great thank-you for your team.

All-inclusive prices per person for groups of 20 or more paying guests – for the 7 PM show, Thursday to Monday.

On request: welcome drink with champagne, other drinks packages, three-course menu for groups. long drinks, cocktails and champagne are not included in the packages.

Free places: The coach driver always goes free; from 25 paying guests the tour guide too (by arrangement).
Seating: We don’t guarantee a particular category – we seat your group together in the best possible way, for larger groups usually across several categories.
Days: Packages apply to the 7 PM show Thursday to Monday. Friday and Saturday +€10 per person; late show on request.
Deadlines: Final numbers and meal choices 14 days before the date; up to 7 days before, up to 10% fewer guests at no charge.
Payment: By invoice, payable 14 days before the date. Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before, then 50%, from 14 days before 100%.
Individual: Package contents can be adjusted by arrangement. All prices incl. VAT.

Your enquiry

Your contact for groups is Juliane: juliane@pulverfass.de or +49 40 24 97 91 (Mon–Fri 12–5 PM – if she is not available right away, she will call you back). With these three details she can answer you fastest. Tapping “Enquire for a group” opens a ready-made template in your e-mail program.

Before your visit

Good to know

Show times: Thursday to Monday at 7 PM, plus an 11 PM late show on Fridays and Saturdays.
Doors: From 6 PM for the 7 PM show, sometimes a little later depending on the number of guests. For the late show the time is on your ticket. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts so we can seat everyone in time.
Box office: Open from 5 PM on every show day. The easiest way to get your tickets is online in advance.
Duration: About 2 hours plus a 20-minute interval.
Age: Admission 18+.
Food & drinks: No minimum spend. You order food and drinks from our service team in the auditorium.
Groups: For ten or more people, please write to us before booking at juliane@pulverfass.de.
